Terms & Conditions: August 2023 Promotion – Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd

  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the August 2023 Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd. (“the Company”). By finalizing a quote during the promotional period, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1st August 2023 to 31st August 2023, inclusive.

  1. Eligibility

a) The Promotion is open to customers who have an outstanding quote with the Company during the promotional period.

b) The total value of the quote must be under $80,000 (AUD) to be eligible for the Promotion.

  1. Promotion Details

a) Customers who finalize their quote within the promotional period will receive free delivery and installation services.

b) The offer is valid for delivery and installation in the following areas only:

  •  Greater Sydney
  • Wollongong
  • Blue Mountains NSW

c) Any quote finalized outside of the promotional period or outside the specified regions will not be eligible for the Promotion.

  1. Delivery

a) The standard lead time for delivery is 7-8 weeks from the date of quote finalization. Custom or non-stocked items can take longer to supply.

b) Quick-ship items are deliverable within 14 days. Availability and details of quick-ship items can be found on the Company’s website under “Quick Ship Items”.

  1. Exclusions

a) Any additional services or products not included in the original quote will not be covered by the Promotion.

b) Any quote exceeding the value of $80,000 (AUD) is excluded from the Promotion.

  1. General

a) The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

b) The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

c) Any questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the Promotion will be resolved by the Company at its sole discretion.
