1. Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. This excludes warranty claims, please review our Warranty and Care Manual for further details on this.

2. Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made, clearance or “as-is” items are final sale.

3. How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] or call 1300 300 369 within 30 days.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach photos (required for damaged/defective claims).
  3. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label for standard returns.
  4. Pack securely—Abax isn’t responsible for damage in transit on non-defective returns.

4. Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
  • We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. All other return shipping costs are at your expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within the returns window:

  • Contact us immediately with photos.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost—and cover return shipping.
